Can I use Core Flyte on any surface?
The Core Flytes work great on just about any surface, including a non-slip rubber gym floor. You can adjust the difficulty by using them on different surfaces. Use the Core Flytes on harder surfaces for more intensity and softer floors for more control.
How do I use my Core Flytes safely?
Always consult your physician before doing any exercise, include the use of Core Flytes.
Prior to the Warm Up Circuit, spend 10 minutes performing the gentle aerobic exercise (e.g., walking). Stretch after the warm up.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, we recommend you always start with the Beginners level of each exercise. Ensure you are familiar and comfortable prior to moving on to Intermediate and Advanced levels.
When moving, setting up or using this equipment, use extreme caution to not pinch fingers, hands, feet or other body parts.
I’m a total beginner, where do I start?
We recommend beginners and people unfamiliar with balance and stability exercises use the Core Flyte on an exercise mat, carpet (not rug), or a padded surface to begin with. Please watch our exercise video’s so you can view the proper use of Core Flytes.
How do I clean and maintain my Core Flytes?
Over time, you may find that the three Ball Transfer Units (BTUs) in each Core Flyte move a bit less smoothly than they originally did. Please watch this short video to learn the simple steps to take to clean and maintain the BTUs. Maintenance
Only in selected instances will we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition that you received it and you must have a receipt as proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts or is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be legible for a refunded or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are unused and are defective or damaged and in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
